Yoga and travelling are a great remedy to stress, anxiety and depression also improves mental and physical health. 2020 and 2021 has surely been toll taking in terms of staying at home, working from home and constantly fighting for better health and survival in these difficult times of pandemic. Where we are trying to adapt new normal a lot of us who love to travel solo, with friends or family had to limit themselves due to these difficult times. With this challenge lets relive those beautiful memories of our trips and tours we did in past or share our experiences of trips post Covid times along with a new normal.

It’s that time again, distance learning for school.
While anxiety is natural as everyone has feelings.
These sessions in July and August for tweens is to express their feelings through yoga movement, breath, stillness and yoga art related activity.
Tools will be taught to help them to relate and manage their emotions and body awareness with ease.

Let’s go yoga summer camping as summer comes to an end in September.
It has everything minus the bugs.
A session for tweens to let their imagination soar, as we learn yoga related poses and movement to camping scenes, animals, and constellations, breath work and yoga art related activity.

Biography:
Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim, 42, is the mother of Tunku Sofia Najihah and wife to YM Tunku Nadzimuddin Tunku Mudzaffar.
Che Puan Sarimah is a TV Host, Actress, Professional Emcee and Recording Artist well known and loved by Malaysians for the past 23 years since her debut on TV in 1997 on NTV7 hosting the RIM Chart Show and Kids NTV7. She has won notable awards in thr industry such as from AIM, Anugerah Skrin TV3 and also an ERA music award to name a few.
Best known as a TV Host on the Disney Channel In 1998 and with her Hit Single ‘Kini Kau Tiada’ , Che Puan Sarimah is also an avid fitness enthusiast with a black belt in Karate Kenpo Seibukan, a Pilates and gym enthusiast and she also loves yo train in boxing and Yoga.
Che Puan Sarimah had starred in Films such as Geral Khas 3, MX3, Janji Diana and has also hosted the global hit TV show on the Hallmark Channel -The Biggest Loser Asia. She histed her own talk Show The Sarimah Show on TV3 and She has graced the cover of magazines such as GLAM Malaysia, Eh!, HerWorld, Jelita and Readers Digest Asia to name only some.
Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim is of Irish Malay heritage and studied Psychology as her Major in college.
Mainly Growing up in Kilkenny and Dublin Ireland, Subang and the UAE before moving back to Malaysia at 18, Che Puan Sarimah is also an entrepreneur and founded the Cosmetic Company Thrill By Sarimah Ibrahim in 2018.
Che Puan Sarimah has been an active Speaker and moderator in discussions and forums both online and offline focusing especially on topics related to mental health, womens welfare and depression. She was the ambassador for Womens Centre For Change in Penang, a Cervical Cancer Awareness ambassador with MAKNA and an active speaker with MIASA Malaysia..
Che Puan Sarimah currently lives In KL with her husband YM Tunku Nadzimuddin Tunku Mudzaffar and their daughter Tunku Sofia Najihah.
